The State Affairs Committee considered SENATE JOINT                            
RESOLUTION NO. 14 Proposing amendments to the Constitution of                  
the State of Alaska relating to the election and the duties of the             
attorney general. Signing do pass: Senator Ward, Chair, Senator                
Green. Signing no recommendation: Senators Phillips, Wilken.                   
Signing do not pass: Senator Elton.
